Ashley S Brandon

Ashley is an Associate Professor of Film, TV, and Media Arts in Quinnipiac's School of Communications. Her primary film credits are as a director, editor, sound designer, and production designer. The Tribeca Film Institute, MacArthur Foundation, MountainFilm, Rooftop Films, and ESPN have funded Ashley's directed works. Her creative works and research focus on horror, comedy, and hybridity. Ashley's films have been selected to premiere at Sundance, SXSW, Slamdance, HotDocs, Fantastic Fest, and institutions, including Princeton University and the Museum of Fine Arts Houston, and have received recognition from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Her latest projects are Disney+ Originals.
