Senior Instructor of Physics
She currently is the physics lab coordinator for Phy101L, PHY110L, and PHY111L. She teaches PHY101L Lecture during the semester and has taught PHY110 and PHY111 lecture as well. She interested in Physics Education and strives to produce an engaging environment for learning. She is introducing a new course called Physics of Music where it is an interdisciplinary study of the merging between understanding music and sound with the physics behind it. She will discuss the mathematics of sound, how instruments produce sound and how digital music is produced using physics. She plays string bass & trumpet in the Southern Connecticut University Band and plays electric bass & sings for a rock cover band. She has an extensive music background and likes to sing, play electric bass and string bass in a symphonic band.
